Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Area & Costs
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our products within the contiguous United States.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to the large size of our items. Most of our products are dispatched from our CA or NY warehouses.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday - Friday.
Handling Time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on your location.
Note: No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
3. Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, your payment will be refunded in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Cancellations received after shipping are treated as regular returns (please see our Refund Policy for details). To request a cancellation, please email support@chyanmoo.com.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Although it is unfortunate, items are occasionally damaged in transit. When you receive your order, please inspect the packages carefully.
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damage claims cannot be filed after this 48-hour window has closed.
How to file a claim:
Email several clear pictures of the damaged merchandise (close-ups and wide shots), along with photos of the original box and shipping label, to support@chyanmoo.com.
Please include your order number and contact information in your message.
Resolution:
Upon approval, we will strive to respond within 1-2 business days. We will provide a prepaid return label and help arrange the pickup of the damaged product for a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund, depending on your preference and inventory availability.
