Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, uninstalled, with original tags, and securely packed in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@chyanmoo.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

(Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee
For defective/damaged/incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For customer remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size/color): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
4. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items, custom-made products, or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our warehouse, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@chyanmoo.com.
